Welcome to your favorite wellness haven! Our Los Angeles studio exclusively offers The Spiked Method, a unique blend of HIIT, Pilates-inspired movement, and Spin. This science-backed, low-impact, high-intensity workout, created by our founder, Briana Thompson, combines the muscle-strengthening benefits of Pilates with high-intensity cardio, protecting your joints while pushing your limits!

Our intimate class sizes provide a personalized experience, almost like a private class. Led by our motivating Squad Leader, each session invigorates your body, elevates your mind, and celebrates your journey. You'll leave feeling stronger, more resilient, and part of something special.

  • Yes, we recommend booking your classes in advance to secure your spot, as our classes can fill up quickly. You can book classes through our website or mobile app. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours before the class to avoid cancellation fees.

    No Show Penalty Fee: $20

    Late Cancel Penalty Fee: $15

  • Please bring a pair of grip socks and athletic shoes (sneakers). Grip socks or bare feet are required for safety and stability during the Pilates-inspired portion of the class. We also recommend bringing water. If you forget any items, don’t worry—our studio has grip socks and water available for purchase, and we provide complimentary towels.

    Sneakers are required for class participation. If you arrive without sneakers, unfortunately, you will not be able to join the class.

  • You can expect a low-impact, high-intensity workout designed to be sustainable and enjoyable for the long term. Each class is 50 minutes of The Spiked Method, an effective combination of high-intensity Pilates-inspired exercises followed by a burst of spin. The intimate class size ensures a personalized experience, making you feel like you're in a private session. Our expert instructors will guide you through every step, providing modifications as needed to ensure that everyone, regardless of fitness level, can participate and benefit from the workout.

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first class to complete necessary paperwork, get a quick studio tour, and meet your instructor. This will also give you time to set up your equipment and ask any questions you might have.

  • For the safety and best experience of all participants, we do not allow late arrivals to our classes. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your class starts to check in, set up your equipment, and get settled. If you arrive late, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to join the class, and the session will be forfeited.

  • There is metered street parking available on Robertson Blvd, and some residential streets nearby may have free parking, but please be mindful of any permit requirements and time restrictions.
