At our Brooklyn studio, we provide complimentary cycling shoes for all participants, so you don't need to bring your own. But if you have your own, make sure they are SPD cleats.
In our LA studio, our bikes are equipped with dual-sided pedals that accommodate both regular athletic shoes and cycling shoes. We recommend you wear regular sneakers for an easier transition to the bike portion of the class

Yes, we recommend making a reservation for our classes to ensure you secure a spot, as spaces can fill up quickly. Reservations help us manage class sizes and provide the best experience for everyone. You can easily book your class through our website or mobile app. Walk-ins are welcome if there are available spots, but to avoid disappointment, we highly encourage reserving your spot in advance.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy for non-members and a 6-hour cancellation policy for members. If you cancel your class at least 12 hours (or 6 hours for members) before the scheduled start time, you will not be charged, and the class credit will be returned to your account. If you cancel within 12 hours (or 6 hours for members) of the class, the session will be forfeited, and a cancellation fee will apply. To cancel, simply log into your account on our website or mobile app and follow the cancellation instructions.

We recommend arriving at least 10-15 minutes before your class starts. This allows you enough time to check in, set up your equipment, and get settled before the workout begins. Arriving early ensures you can start the class smoothly and get the most out of your experience. Please note that for safety reasons, we do not allow late arrivals. If you arrive after the class has started, you will not be allowed to join, and the session will be forfeited.

While we don't have dedicated changing rooms, you are welcome to change in the bathroom or the back area of our studio. Please note that we do not have shower facilities available. We recommend arriving in your workout attire to make your experience more convenient.
